This is me using a tiller to prepare the ground for what was to be an eighteen hundred foot (548 meter) long garden, ten feet (3 meters) wide.

You can see bundles of the material I'm using to enrich and loosen-up the soil called "Peat Moss", sitting along the soil in the background.

After we came to our senses, and saw how much work was involved in preparing, then maintaining a garden of such length, we stopped when we had about four hundred feet (122 meters) completed.

This is Libby, my daughter's youngest, using a gasoline powered "Weed Eater" (String line grass cutter) to trim along the Tree Garden.
