Currently, I teach 20 hours of private studio saxophone, flute and clarinet per week, as well as private woodwind lessons at Branson High School in Ross.

Most recently, I have performed with: David Liebman, Steve Smith, Bob Berg, Tim Hagans, Donald Harrison, Rodney Holmes, Liza Minelli, Don Rickles, Barry Manilow, Keely Smith, Mary Wilson & The Supremes, Ron Hawking, The Temptations, Michael Feinstein, Hal Linden, The Four Freshman, Marvin Hamlisch, Frank Sinatra Jr., Robert Giaullme, Ray Charles, Marilyn McCoo, David Benoit, Crystal Gayle, Jack Sheldon, Rita Moreno, Cleo Laine & John Dankworth, Jesse Colin Young, Rich Little, The Four Tops, Barry White, Roberta Flack, Isaac Hayes, Joel Gray, Dionne Warwick, Nancy Wilson, Helen O'Connell, Marvin Stamm, James Moody, Gene Krupa Orchestra, Jimmy Dorsey Orchestra, Guy Lombardo and the Royal Canadians and many others. .

I was Lead Alto with the Full Faith and Credit Jazz Orchestra. We performed concerts twice monthly and in recent years were featured at several festivals, including the Monterey Jazz Festival and the Pacific Coast Collegiate Jazz Festival (Berkeley, CA). I'm Lead Alto with the Black Market Jazz Orchestra. We've co-sponsored a number of clinics at bay area high schools. For the last two years, I've been the Lead Alto saxophonist with a relatively new big band that goes by the name "CARMA" (Creative Artists and Musician's Alliance). Led by Mike Zilber, this band includes the absolute best and hottest jazz musician's in the bay area. This fall (99) we did a standing room only performance at the Monterey Jazz Festival. I expect we'll be one of the featured artists at the Fairfax Jazz Festival in September, 2000 with guest artist, John Handy. I continue (as always) to free-lance playing shows, private parties, corporate functions, clubs etc. Everything from classical, to jazz, to rock n roll.... While I still consider myself to be primarily a Tenor man, I own and play everything from sopranino to bass saxophone; piccolo, flute and alto flute, clarinet and bass clarinet.

In January, 1994, I was involved in the recording of two Big Band CD's. Art Attack, a CD by the Black Market Jazz Orchestra, was reviewed by Steve Voce from "JAZZ JOURNAL INTERNATIONAL". Look for a copy of the review here soon....

During February of 1994, I was featured as a jazz tenor soloist with the Commanders: the Air Force's "Band in Blue", touring through Idaho and performing at the Lionel Hampton Jazz Festival. I was also involved in the saxophone clinic at the festival. I also performed with the Commanders at the 1994 Sacramento Jazz Jubilee. I briefly toured northern California with the Commanders in summer of 1995.

During November of 1992, I did a sax clinic, an improvisation clinic, and performed as guest soloist at Santa Rosa Junior College , for Bennett Friedman. In April 1994, I performed, adjudicated, and presented a saxophone clinic at Dave Eschelman's Hayward Jazz Festival. In November, 1994 I adjudicated at the Foothill College Jazz Festival.

January 13-15, 1995, I attended the IAJE (Int'l Assoc of Jazz Educators) convention in Anaheim.

Demo tape is available, and the "Art Attack" CD is available through Tower Records.
