SAUSAGE CHILI


2 lb. ground beef, pork or turkey
2 lb. garlic & cheese sausage(chopped)
1 lb. bacon(cooked & chopped)
2 c. chopped onions
2 c. chopped green peppers
5-6 tbsp. chili powder
2-3 tsp. cumin
5-6 cloves fresh minced garlic
4 minced green chiles
2 28 oz. can chopped tomatoes
2 15 oz. cans tomato paste
1 can beer
1 tbsp. paprika
1 tsp. cayenne pepper
1 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. liquid smoke
10 drops tabasco sauce.

Brown meats in a large pot. Add onions & peppers. Cook until tender. Add remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil. Simmer for at least 3-4 hrs. stirring occasionally to prevent burning.
