2 pounds ground beef
In large saucepan,brown ground beef with onion and
garlic; drain. Add tomato sauce, water, chocolate, vinegar and
seasonings. Bring to a boil; reduce heat. Cover; simmer 45 min. to 1-1/2
hours; depends how you like thickness, stir occasionally. Add beans;
continue simmering 15 min.
Serve chili over spaghetti, top with cheese and
onions.
2 medium onions, chopped
3 cloves garlic, minced
2 15oz. cans of tomato sauce
2 cups water
2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
2 tablespoons chili powder
2 teaspoons allspice
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon salt
Hot cooked spaghetti
Shredded mild Cheddar cheese
