SANTA FE CHILI


3 lb Ground Pork
1 12oz can. beer
1 tsp salt
1 28oz. can stewed tomatoes
1/4 c. chili powder
1 12 oz can tomato paste
1 tsp. cayenne pepper
2 Med. onions(minced)
1/2 tsp. ground oregano
1 c. chicken broth
3 tbs. cumin
1 small bulb garlic(minced)
1 tsp. cider vinegar

Mix beer, chicken broth, stewed tomatoes, and tomato paste into a large bowl. In a large pot, saute the pork along with the onions and garlic. When the meat is well done, add the rest of the ingredients. Bring to a boil for 5-8 minutes, then reduce heat. Simmer for about 2 hours, stirring frequently to prevent burning.
