1 1/2 c Catsup
12 oz Can beer
8 oz Jar salsa
1 c Tomatoes and chiles
1 c Red wine
1/2 c Butter
1/2 c Cider Vinegar
1/4 c Worcestershire sauce
1 md Onion( chopped)
1 Lemon(thinly sliced)
1/3 c Prepared mustard
1/4 c Pepper
3 tbsp Chili powder
2 tbsp Garlic salt
1 tbsp Celery salt
1 tbsp Hot sauce
1/2 tsp Salt
1 Cn jalapeno pepper(chopped)
1 Wild Turkey(cut into pieces)
Combine all ingredients except turkey in a large Dutch oven; stir well. Bring to a boil; reduce heat and simmer 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Set aside to cool. Place turkey parts in a large shallow container, pour sauce over top. Let stand 3 to 4 hours. Place a hickory log or some chunks on slow coals. Remove turkey from sauce, and place on grill, using indirect heat. Grill about 20-30 minutes each side, brushing occasionally with sauce. Cook an additional 30 minutes or until done, brushing occasionally with the sauce.
