HAMBURGER JERKY


1-1/2T Tenderquick
1/2T Accent or salt
1/2T Pepper
1t Cayenne Pepper
1T Garlic Powder
1T Onion Powder
1T Chili Powder
1/4 C A-1 Sauce
1/4 C Worcestershire 2T Liquid Smoke

Crumble meat out on cookie sheet or pizza pan. Mix dry stuff & sprinkle evenly on meat. Mix wet stuff & pour evenly on meat. MIX WELL! Then use "jerky gun", OR, roll meat out 1/8"-1/4" thick between Saran-Wrap, cut to size, then dry until it bends a little before it breaks. It will get "drier" as it cools down. This will fill 5 trays in a dehydrater.
