5 lbs ground turkey
2 16 oz cans sauerkraut, do not drain
1 tbs caraway seeds
Combine all ingredients. Chill thoroughly. Stuff into hog casings.
Note 1: Chilling the mixture makes it easier to push it through a
sausage maker.
Note 2: This combination of ingredients makes the basis of a great
meatloaf. Halve the amounts, add an egg and some bread crumbs and bake.
