	1	Pound	Fresh Limes
		Sugar
		Grape Juice

1.  Juice limes into a large measuring bowl.
				  NOTE THE LEVEL,  how many ounces ?
2.  Add sugar until level is doubled.
				  NOTE THE LEVEL..   
3.  Add grape juice in the same amount as the juice/sugar.
				  NOTE THE LEVEL. 
4.  Stir until sugar is dissolved.

5.  Add  TWICE  the amount of water as the total measurement from step 3.

Using funnel, pour into leftover 1 gallon juice container.

Refrigerate.

The BEST drink after mowing or other outside summer activity.

	1/2	Pound		Hamburger
	1	Tbsp.		Salad Oil		(optional)
	1/2	Cup		Onion, Sliced
	1/2	tsp.		Salt
	1/2	tsp.		Black Pepper
	1	16 oz. Can	Pork And Beans
	1/2	Cup		Ketchup

- Brown meat.	Add oil if meat doesn't have enough fat.
- Add spices and onion.
- Sauté until onion is translucent.
- Add pork and beans and ketchup.    Mix well.
- Line cookie sheet with foil. 
- Arrange 8 hamburger buns on foil.   Spread mixture over buns.
- Cover with foil and heat until warm (about 10 minutes) at  350 degrees F.

	1	Package		Lemon Cake Mix
	2	Packages		Jello Lemon Pudding Mix
	2	Envelopes		Dream Whip Mix

- Make cake (KKH uses Pillsbury) according to directions on box, using 9x13-inch cake pan.
- Make pudding according to box directions.
- RESERVE 1 cup pudding.
- Pour pudding over warm cake in pan.
- Make Dream Whip according to directions.    ADD reserved pudding to this, 
  and pour resulting "lemon whip" over pudding.
- Chill at least 3 hours before serving.
