The establishment has been built in 2004 and it has 5 rooms at the first floor; a living room, a dining room and a kitchen at the ground floor. The house also has a 5 places parking and a garden of 800 square meters. The 5 rooms are arranged as no room be alike the others. At the moment of projecting the house we have been considered that every room has to have a different shape that the others, and we have chosen different colors for the furniture, as we created a diversity to offer the clients an upper comfort note. Three of the 5 rooms are designed to accommodate 2 persons each, at a minimum living space of 14 square meters. The other two rooms can hold 3 persons at a living space of 17 square meters one and 23 square meters the other. Each room has individual bathroom included a shower cabin, sink and toilet. |
