opportunity to watch 26 TV channels at their chosen. In order to increase
the comfort standard, the house has the thermo-insulated windows, the warm
water and heating is being assured by a proper central heating system at a
55 KW power.
The living room, at a 25 square meters surface, ensures a pleasant
ambiance and is situated in a manner to ensure a cushion area between the
rooms’ area and the dinning room. Thus, the inner staircase is ensuring
