Children ages 12 and under are free when accompanied with a full paying adult.

Car Show Sales: Terms and Conditions

1. No personal "For Sale" signs allowed in car carrol. Must be our car show "For Sale" signage for that year.


2. No "For Sale" Signs are permitted on any vehicles other then registered CAR CORRAL participants - All vehicles with "For Sale" signage on them will be towed away at owner's expense.


3. There is no pre-registration for car corral.


4. Only vehicles registration for car corral will be allowed to display for sale signage. Others will be asked to pay corral fee, or asked to leave. No refund of entry fees will be given.


5. Only 1 vehicle/trailer per space. All vehicles must fit within the confines of their space. Anything exceeding site size will be assigned an extra site and charged accordingly. Each site area is 10' x 20' and include a complimentary pass to the Car Show.


6. Owners of vehicles must comply with staff instructions or violations will result in eviction. No refund of registration fee will be given.


7. Car Corral vehicles are not permitted to drive their vehicles into the main grounds.


8. No Pets will be allowed on the main grounds!


9. No Pets are to be left in vehicles unattended anywhere on the grounds.


10. The Kinsmen Club of Brantford Inc. is not responsible for vehicles left unattended in the Car Corral area.


11. All vehicles must have Car Corral sign affixed to the windshield. This includes trailers that are in the Car Corral area.


12. Car Corral participants are not permitted to display or sell products not associated with the vehicle registered. No car parts for sale are permitted in the car Corral area.


13. Only registered vehicles that are "For Sale" are permitted in the Car Corral area. Extra vehicles must go to the general parking.


14. The Kinsmen Club of Brantford Inc. have final decision as to whether or not the vehicle is suitable for this show.

Security:

• We have excellent trained personal on site. Please feel free to contact our staff at Registration table should security issues arrive during any of our events.

Event Emergency Plan:

• The Car Show has a full emergency plan in place with qualified medical personal on site at all times.

Online Car Corral: Terms and Conditions

1. Online Car Corral participation is on a month by month term.
2. In order to place your car on time, beginning of the month please send cheque or money order along with the CAR SALES CORRAL FORM to arrive before the 25th of each month
3. If you wish your picture returned please include a stamped (postage paid) self addressed envelope along with your payment.
4. We do not accept credit card payments at this time and do not take details over the phone.
5. We do not guarantee, nor make claim to the sale of your vehicle on the Car Corral.
6. The Kinsmen Club of Brantford Inc. is not affiliated with, nor do we accept any liability/responsability to the sales/condition of any vehicles in the corral.
