Unidentified Hoppers

The following Hoppers are not be identified yet. Please advise if you know what species or family they are. Thank you.

 
Green Nymph on Acacia leaf

? sp., family Cicadellidae, body length 10mm
Pictures taken in Karawatha Forest on early summer. We believe this is the nymph in family Cicadellidae.
 
 
Newly Hatched Hoppers

? sp., body length 2mm 
Those newly hatched hoppers were found on Acacia leaf during early summer.
