As it says on the poster opposite you really need to see it twice to fully appreciate The Sixth Sense because if you don't guess what the twist is going to be at the end then if you know what you are looking for the second time around it becomes so obvious. If you get the DVD the Rules and Clues on the extras explain what to look for. The story is about Cole, a boy who acts weird and says he sees dead people and his psychiatrist Malcolm who is trying to find out what the heck is wrong with the freak boy. Cole says that the dead people that he sees are everywhere and they use him to send messages to people in the real world and that some of them don't even know that they are dead. I can't really say much more about the plot without giving away the ending but it's a good film with some excellent acting from the kid that plays Cole and I suspect, although I haven't yet, that if I watch it again I will like it better than the first time beause you can appreciate how it has been made so that it all ties in with the ending. |
