PART 20
Raids and Infiltration

The raid and infiltration is designed to attack small urban military garrisons, supply centers, hospitals, etc., to seize weapons, punish or terrorize the enemy, take reprisals, or to rescue prisoners who may be in prisons or lying guarded in hospital beds.

Raids and infiltration are tactics used on motor pools and warehouses in order to destroy vehicles or damage property, especially the property and equipment owned by North American firms.

Raids conducted in remote parts of the city or on little used streets force the enemy to bring in large numbers of soldiers or police. This is usually a useless exercise, since they will find nobody to fight.

Raids conducted against government, military, and police headquarters may have as their purpose the capture of or search for secret documents, or reports from informers, government infiltration plans, or providing information on government corruption, including their filthy, criminal transactions with the North Americans.

Night raids are the most effective.
