Terrorism is normally accomplished by placing a bomb or incendiary device so that its destructive power causes an irreparable loss of life to the enemy. The terrorist act is no different from any other urban guerrilla tactic, apart from the apparent facility with which it can be carried out. All depend for their success on revolutionary planning and organization. In committing the terrorist act, the urban guerrilla must do his job with extreme cold-bloodedness, remaining calm himself, while acting with bold decisiveness.
Terrorism normally is brought on by explosion. Yet there are cases in which execution or arson is terrorist in nature. An important weapon in revolutionary terrorism is the incendiary bomb or gasoline bomb.
Terrorism is a weapon the revolution can not do without.
