Gourmet Goulash |

Gourmet Goulash 1 lb. Ground beef Place beef, onion, garlic & tsp. salt in skillet.
Sauce 1 can tomatoes ( Italian style oval) Heat oil in sauce pan. Add garlic and
brown slightly. Add strained tomatoes. Bring to a boil. Add can of tomato
paste and water. Add salt, pepper and simmer for one hour. Add meat balls,
cover and simmer for 30 minutes. Meatballs 1 lb. Ground beef Brown in hot olive oil and add sauce.
Cover and simmer about 30 minutes. 3 onions Saute first three ingredients in
butter. Slowly add flour, cook on low stirring often. Add parsley and
crawfish or shrinp. Cook 15 minutes or until red. Stir often. Add
pint half and half, Velvetta cheese, garlic, salt and pepper. Cook
30 minutes. Add cooked noodles. Put in greased dish. Top with mozzarella
cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes, until cheese melts.
