Fashion Pineapple Pie Cream

when knife inserted in center comes out clean.
Prepare
pastry for one 9” pie pan Cream
1/3 cup butter; add gradually ½ firmly packed brown sugar. Cream
well. Bake:
in hot oven (450 degrees) for 10 minutes, then reduce heat to
(350
degrees) for 25 minutes. Pie will test done when tip of knife is
inserted in center of pie and comes out clean. French
Lemon Pie Beat
6 eggs until light. Sift flour and sugar together, then slowly sift into
eggs beating constantly. 1/3
cup lemon juice When
smooth pour pie shell ¾ full. Place pie into
hot oven @ 375 degrees for (5) five minutes. Remove from oven.
Slowly trickle remaining ¼ of pie filling into center of pie.
Return to oven. When top is golden brown, cover with pie tin. Will
take about 45 minutes to finish baking. Filling set, but slightly jiggly
in center when done. Prepare
pastry for one-crust pie to fit 9 inch pie pan add.....11/2 cups pumpkin, canned add gradually.....11/2 top milk, heated. (Evaporated milk) one can Turn into pastry lined pan Bake in hot oven (450) for 10 minutes then at 350 for 40 to 50 minutes till silver knife inserted in center of pie comes out clean. This
will make two pies in store bought crust. |
