Caesar and Roman sites
As you probably have noticed by now, my site is one of writing, not graphics. For that I appologize. I chose to concentrate on content rather than good looks.
So here I'll list some other sites that are excellently constructed (with graphics) and from which I was inspired to work so hard on my writings. So please view them and see their hard work.

Links for major Caesar sites
Julius Caesar: The Last Dictator
This site by Suzanne Cross has many great pictures and quotes from authors that give a great look at Caesar and the world he lived in. It is more than worth the time to look around. One of my favorites!
C. Julius Caesar - a biography in twelve parts
Part of Jona Lendering's phenomenal site on ancient history. Please don't just read on Caesar, check out the rest of it including his work on Alexander the Great. It is the best one ever.
Great Leaders of Rome
Michael Akinde's biography on Caesar was the first one I saw on the web and his work was a good part of my inspiration to write about Caesar. He has two great biographies, one of Caesar, and one of Scipio Africanus. Please take some time to read them both.
Julius Caesar: Historical Background
Barbara McManus has created a nicely summarized biography of Caesar here, including several pictures of Caesar's statues. Have a look!
Other Caesar pages
Cleopatra VII
Here is an excellent site that tells in detail the life events and family relations of Caesar's infamous mistress. More than worth the time to read!
Caesar's Campaigns in Gaul
An article from the Athena Review describing Caesar's war against the Celts. It includes a must see map of Roman movements during the war!
The Landings of Caesar in Britain, 55 and 54 BC
Another article from the Athena Review describing Caesar's two invasions of Britain. Again there are maps of Roman operations that are a must see!
Chronology of Caesar's Life
Here is the timeline of the major events of Caesar's entire life. The list is taken from the book "Caesar: Politician and Statesman" by Matthias Gelzer, which is widely considered the greatest book written on Caesar.
Dates for Julius Caesar's career
A nice Chronological table of the later years of Caesar's life (59-43 BC) that includes a list of Roman magistrates of 54 through 52 BC.
Roman Sites
LacusCurtius: Into the Roman World.
The Ultimate site for the Roman world by Bill Thayer. In it includes the invaluable works of Cassius Dio and Plutarch's Life of Caesar.

Exactly what the link says. Here is the site that puts together ancient works that are online. A must see for the Roman history buff!
