"It is the place where men go to sleep and awake as gods."

Aztec statement that pertains to the ancient Mexican city of Teotihuacan.

THE PYRAMID OF THE SUN

If any mainstream archaeologist were asked if there was any similarity between the cultures of ancient Egypt and those of Pre-Columbian Central and South America, without hesitation they would unanimously respond: "There is absolutely no similarity what so ever."
Again we are told to accept the wisdom of the established authorities without question, because if we don't, they would have an overwhelming number of questions to answer and have a lot of history books to rewrite.

There may have been absolutely no connection between the culture of ancient Egypt and any historical Pre-Columbian civilization, but whoever it was that built the Great Pyramid of Giza and whoever built the Pre-Columbian cities of Teotihuacan, Palenque and Tiahuanaco certainly had in common the knowledge of the Ra System of Mathematics. Further on in this writing, hard evidence will be presented that substantiates this undeniable fact.
Archaeologists tell us that the Great Pyramid was built about 2700 B.C. and that the city of Teotihuacan was founded in about 100 A.D. . If both societies had the same knowledge of the Ra System of Mathematics and used that knowledge in laying out the dimensions of their respective pyramids and buildings, how did the knowledge survive for 2,800 years? How did it get from ancient Egypt to Mexico and South America over thousands of miles of land and ocean?

Were the major pyramids of Egypt and those of ancient America built by a culture that existed long before recorded history then later inherited by cultures that we give the credit to today, for their construction? That is, were the pyramids of Egypt and the Americas possibly built at the same time?
Or, is it possible that both cultures were given the Ra System knowledge by extraterrestrials at two different points in time that were separated by some 2,800 years?

The answers to all of these questions are known and will be gradually revealed along with the most appropriate evidence that we have in order not to produce confusion and conditions that exceed the limits of mental tolerance. Simply, some people may find it difficult to put aside what they have been taught and open their minds to an entirely different way of looking at the past and the fact that extraterrestrials played a large part of its creation.
The fact that the Ra System of Mathematics was used in the designs of ancient Egyptian and Pre-Columbian pyramids and buildings and also used by extraterrestrials quite recently (1997), to mathematically compose at least 9 radio telescopic messages, should tell us that their past interest in our planet is just as strong today as it ever was.

Because the Ra Table Of Nines (TON) and the Hunab (H-Bar) unit of measure were used in the construction of Teotihuacan, their respective values are once again presented for easy reference in the charts below.

The chart above gives the Hunab/H-Bar values in 5 of the 9 known Ra formats.

In Peter Tompkins' book, The Secrets of the Mexican Pyramids, is a section that pertains to the sizes of the various buildings and pyramids that are found in the city of Teotihuacan. This section also includes measurements that were taken by Hugh Harleston Jr.. It was Mr. Harleston who was the first to recognize that the dimensions of the buildings and pyramids, as well as the spatial layout of the city, were, in all cases, based on a lineal unit of measure which he first established at 1.059 meters. During a recent television program hosted by Graham Hancock, Mr. Harleston showed this unit as being 1.05954 meters in length. Harleston named this unit of measure the Hunab after the Aztec God of measure, Hunab Ku. He also refers to these units as "standard Teotihuacan units" (stu). Mr. Harleston also determined that his Hunab unit was employed in modules, which in turn consisted mostly of Hunab units in various multiples of the number 9.
I received the Secrets of the Mexican Pyramids as a Christmas gift in 1976. I was overwhelmed after looking at several of Mr. Harleston's various maps and illustrations of Teotihuacan and learning of his Hunab unit of measure. It became immediately evident to me that his Hunab units were arranged in multiples that usually summed up to a number that is one of the 37 that compose the Ra Table of Nines. (Also see Nefer's Temple: The SETI Messages.)

I was already aware at the time that a unit of 1.0602875 red rams (red Ra meters) existed in the base of the Great Pyramid of Giza 216 times (27 x 8 = 216), (only the red, green and blue formats were known of at the time).

Mr. Harleston revealed that there were also 216 Hunabs in the base of the Pyramid of the Sun at Teotihuacan. How about that for a coincidence?
Allow me to recall to mind that the average alpha brain wave frequency produced by a meditating human being and the most frequently generated E.L.F. wave frequency (product of lightning) is, in both cases, 10.602875 cycles per natural second of time (nst). The number 1.0602875 is the red value for H -Bar which is used in Quantum Physics to determine such things as electron orbital velocity.
Knowing at the time that meters x .994654141 equals red rams, I set out to determine if Mr. Harleston's Hunab was of the same size as the unit that was similarly used in the Great Pyramid at Giza.

The Hunab unit used in the Great Pyramid appears to be approximately .006446111 meters, (1/4 inch), larger than the Hunab unit Harleston reports was used at Teotihuacan.
For this unit to be the same size at both locations, means that, either Cole's measurement (1925 Egyptian Survey) for the north base of the Great Pyramid had to be in error, or, Harleston had to be in error (or both gentlemen might be in error).

The reason for this discrepancy might be given in the work of Maurice Chatelain (Our Ancestors Came From Outer Space). Mr. Chatelain suggests that size of units of ancient measure were dictated by the latitude at which they were used. No matter what the reason for the difference in Hunab size, (if any), this difference takes nothing away from the fact that the Ra System of Mathematics was used in the Great Pyramid and in the various constructions that exist at Teotihuacan.
The following illustration is an elevation of the city of Teotihuacan. It contains measurements that were taken by Hugh Harleston (H.H.). I have divided the illustration into 4 sections so as to better comment.

Measurement 1: Extends from the south platform to the north row of buildings. It is given by H.H. as 2268 Hunabs (6 x 378). The number 378 is the 14th number in the TON. The total length of 2268. Hunab's is also equal to 27 x 84. Also, 2268. is 448. x 5.0625 (ankh).
Measurement 2 (sections 1, 2, 3): Extends from the south platform to the center line of the Pyramid of the Sun. I t is given by H.H. as 1124. Hunabs.
Here we have the case of the missing Hunab. I believe that this measurement should be 1125. Hunabs because 1125. squared is 1,265,625 (diameter of the Ra Circle), and .01125 x 9 = .10125. The reciprocal of .10125 is the Ra minus sequence 9.876543210 (square of green pi). H.H. may have overlooked a point that is exactly 1 Hunab beyond the edge of the south platform which should be considered as part of this measurement (?). (See projected socket line, length of socle and length of the base of the Great Pyramid of Giza in Ra math lesson # 2.)
Measurement 3 (sections 3 and 4): Extends from the center line of the Pyramid of the Sun to the center line of the Pyramid of the Moon. It is given by H.H. as 720. Hunabs. 720. x 1.0546875 (Oma H-Bar) = 759.375. There are 759.375 Oma feet in both the base of the Great Pyramid of Giza and the base of the Pyramid of the Sun at Teotihuacan. I do not agree with H.H. that the value of pi was intended to be expressed in this measurement, but, rather the value 3.15 or .35 x 9.
Measurement 4 (section 4): Extends from center line of the Pyramid of the Moon to the north row of buildings. This measurement appears to be exactly 1 Hunab unit too long.

By viewing the illustration above it is evident that the Hunab modules consist of Hunab units in multiples of the number 9, many total values that are found in the Ra Table of Nines.
I will list some of the TON values that are found in Mr. Harleston's measurements: 108 (TON 4 ), 135 (TON 5), 162 (TON 6), 216 (TON 8), 324 (TON 12), 378 (TON 14), 432 (TON16), 567 (TON 21), 756 (TON 28), and 945 (TON 35).
The base of the Pyramid of the Sun is 216 Hunabs (TON 8).

The base of the Pyramid of the Moon is 162 Hunabs (TON 6 and phi).

Each side of the square enclosure of the "Citadel Complex" is 378 Hunabs (TON 14) in length.

The boulevard, called The way of the Dead, which runs from the front of the Pyramid of the Moon to a considerable distance, is 48 Hunabs wide and 48 H x 1.0546875 = 5.0625 (ankh or pi x phi).
Using 1.0546875 oma rams as the length of the Hunab and dividing the total Hunab value by the oma versions for pi (3.125), ankh (5.0625), and the square root of 2 (1.40625), one can obtain some very interesting results.
The mystery deepens when we take into account some structrural measurements obtained from the Mayan city of Palenque which is located on the Yucatan pennisula of Mexico. One of the structrual features of Palenque is called the Palace Complex which is situated on an artifical platform that is 91.125 oma rams long and 9.1125 oma rams in height. The number .91125 is the reciprocal of the Rydberg Constant for the element hydrogen. There are 9,112.5 oma inches in one base side of the Great Pyramid of Giza and the Pyramid of the Sun at Teotihucan. There is also 911.25 oma rams in the base perimeter of both of these pyramids.
The Mayan culture is said to have originated hundreds of years after Teotihuacan was founded. Whether or not this is true, we can say without any doubt that the builders of Great Pyramid of Giza, Teotihuacan and Palenque all knew of and used the Ra System of Mathematics. We must also add to the list of those who, in ancient times, knew and used the Ra System: the builders of the English megalithic stucture known as Stonehenge and those who built the five-sided pyramid and carved the gigantic human head on the Cydonia Plain of the planet Mars.

Looking up the Way of the Dead toward the Pyramid of the Sun

In Peter Tompkins' fine book, The Secrets of the Mexican Pyramids, illustrations of the buildings and pyramids of Teotihuacan can be found. Of particular interest is the well-rendered map by René Millon which is modified to include Hugh Harleston's Hunab measurements.

The data found in this lesson is sufficient to prove that the Ra System of Mathematics was used by the builders of the city of Teotihuacan as surely as it was used by those who built the Great Pyramid of Giza.
