My latest misadventures

I moved in to a new place this month. Do you like it? It is not a palace but it is the nicest place I have been in since living at home. I have a house mate, Doug, to help me make the bills, and another guy lives in the addition above the garage. It is almost a month since I moved and nearly everything is unpacked! Just a few more weeks and I think I may even get a bed.

The job at the university of Michigan is going great. I get to play with very cool instruments and robots. There is a good picture of our new microarrayer at http://www.genemachines.com/home.html. I am taking in my camera tomorrow to get some real shots for a lab web site. I may even get to use the digital video camera! I started another job too; I am teaching two 2-credit courses at Washtenaw Community College on the Internet. I wondered when all this goofing around on the 'Net would pay off!

My family

Jason and Sherrie finally tied the knot. Melissa posted some pictures at her site: http://www.oocities.org/maciesmom. Melissa and Jeramie are making their commitment on October 16th and Soylent Green gets to play the reception. Get your requests in now! The boys and I are playing (and buying) a lot of Pokemon playing cards. It is a good game. The object is to see who spends the most money.

My Web Site - Recent Updates

  • October 8th - "Logic" Page
  • October 3rd - Pictures of the boys at Spicers Apple Orchard
  • September 26th - This Page
  • Added some new music to www.mp3.com/rbdweasel
  • Not much else, the new jobs are taking up a great deal of my time, but I am planning on re-doing the flower site, using my newly acquired hyper2.com/rbdweasel site, re-doing www.omp.org, putting tons of covers and copies of my classical pieces in mp3 format, adding more songs to mp3.com (Rabid Weasel and Soylent Green) scanning more old photos, combining my Toledo Zoo pictures into one huge zoo site, making a site for the lab where I am working, adding links to the web projects that my Internet class will be creating, the "Interactive Cell", Teaching Science with Games, and trying to keep up with this page. We'll see how much spare time I get.
