You simply have to want to do it.

What's surprising to some, however, is that as simple as this sounds, it's not always so simple to do. More often than not one finds that one dosen't really want to do it after all. It's easy enough to say you want something, but that doesn't nessessarily mean that you really want it.

Sometimes distances can protect them. This is because it's harder to want to make an alien explode who is in some distant galaxy. What possible reason could you have?

JFK (Senior) once used this knowledge to save the world from alien infestation.

The CIA and the Military made the alien who was JFK Jr explode.

Of course, sooner or later all aliens explode. It's unavoidable.
