Yahoo isn't even controlled by the CIA, dispite the fact that most of their employees are also employeed by the agency. The agency merely buys confidential infromation from these employees, in preparation for their hostile take over the Unite States Government. This just makes common sense. Without a list of who to put up against the wall and shoot, successful transference of control from the media/military controled government to a more military /media controlled government would be awkward and more messy than nessessary.

Yahoo believes it's under its own control (or at least, that of their Russian maffia masters), but Yahoo has also been corupted by Alien infiltrators. These aliens don't even live on this planet, but send their commands from a distant star system.

These aliens are in constant fear of the day when they will finally explode, and do not wish to come to earth and risk pre-mature ignition.
