West Vancouver Police Chief EDMUND GRANT CHURCHILL has ignored Sworn Information of WVPD personnel Criminal Actions... AND has attempted misleading disinformation...

A Court has made a finding (published in July 2001) that West Vancouver Police Constables issued groundless Violation
Tickets against persons who have laid complants against them, and specifically for
that reason...
And this is with the full knowlege and consent of West Vancouver Police Chief Constable Edmund Grant Churchill
who actively encourages this (illegal and CRIMINAL) Policy...
RCMP HAVE NOW RECOMMENDED CRIMINAL CHARGES AGAINST ONE OF THOSE CONSTABLES FOR ANOTHER SUBSEQUENT CRIMINAL OFFENCE
HAS CROWN COUNSEL NOW PARTICIPATED IN COVERING THIS UP?
The other Crook Constable, JEFFREY RYAN NEUMAN, remains under the cover-up protection of WVPD Chief EDMUND GRANT CHURCHILL

Does the West Vancouver Disciplinary Authority (= WV Mayor) really want a CROOKed Police Chief to remain?

October 2002: Acting British Columbia Police Commissioner Mr Benjamin Casson decided to clandestinely deliberately SUPPRESS DUE PROCESS of CRIMINAL PROCEEDINGS against the West Vancouver Police Chief Constable Grant Churchill.
Simply put: WHY?
