Yvan Petit-Pas

The uniquely talented Yvan was brought in to fill Mark Tadijanovich's shoes, since Mark couldn't wear any at the time. Yvan was one of the remnants of the defunct Furry Ongion Band.

Yvan's first practice with the Cartoon Khaki was August 15th 1996 in Vic's old bedroom in the basement of the Moya household in Waterford, Ontario. Very soon after Yvan was playing show after show with no practices in between and he pulled off a remarkable job. Yvan would lend his song writing talent to the band with a few songs.

When the band fell apart he moved to Toronto and went to the Trebas Institute and studied sound engineering. Yvan later worked in a copy house for CD and video duplication. It was during his tenure in Toronto that he discovered how to make great music with his Sony Playstation 2. The solo project was called Robotic Jazz Orchestra and released a number of albums one of which is available on Wolfbeat Records. That project gave way to the impresive sounds of Detunicari.

October 5th 2007 was the first show he played in a Brantford based cover band called Easy Meat. In this group is joining forces with Jeff and Chad Csomor, they play a mix of mainly Frank Zappa covers with a sprinkle of 1980s cover songs.
