No, Cassie is Filipina and British. Manny is Filipina (confirmed in episodes "Coming of Age," "Accidents Will Happen," and "We Got the Beat"). She does have some Spanish blood since the Philippines were once a colony of Spain. The Spanish influence is evident in the food, dress, language, and dances. See above.

Could you give me some help/pointers about designing a website?
I'd help, but unfortunately I don't have the time so here are some pointers and hints. In making this site, I use cascading style sheets (css), div layers, and inline frames. Here are some sites that I visit for help: Lissa Explains It All, Layout Land, HTML Goodies, Dynamic Drive. For the images and graphics, I use Adobe Photoshop. I usually play around with layers, opacity, brushes, and other tools. See the site section for more info and links to sites with tutorials. Be creative and play around with the different colors, properties, designs, etc. If you have a question about something, feel free to email and ask me.

I just looked at CTV.ca, and I guess they took down the pics as the pages are being updated daily. I have the pics up in the gallery on the D:TNG gallery page 4.
