She wears the key as a pendant on her neck, and when needed, she recites the above incantation to call it...Its head grows bigger, and the bar grows longer. I'm guessing it's a quarter meter long. Being good at handling the baton, Sakura even gives it a twirl^_^ Now she can use it to seal and use Clow Cards.
Star Key, Wand and Staff
Since she's the new mistress, Sakura needs to use magic of her own, and not anymore Clow Reed's. she figures this out in the midst of suffocating inside a whirlwind, and develops a new incantation:

It's basically the Clow Wand, but instead of a winged..thing, there's a 5-pointed star in the middle of a pink circle, which has two little white wings. (Just look at the pic!) Here's what happens when she uses a transforms a Clow Card, or uses a Sakura Card: she tosses the card, stopping above her (instead of in front of her). The star spins as Sakura twirls the wand around. It stops spinning as Sakura points the wand at the card, and the little wings gracefully turn into bigger wings (just big enough...not too big:).
The same things apply: Sakura wears the key on her neck when not in use, and she says the incantation to make it into a Star Wand. I believe her incantation for transforming a Clow Card into a Sakura one is this (I made this myself from memory, so please correct me):
"Card created by Clow,
Relinquish your past, rebirth!
I, Sakura, order you as your new mistress!
As for the staff...this makes an appearance in episode 69, when Cerberus and Yue go into her Star Wand. It's a LOT longer...it's taller than her, actually. Sort of like Eriol's. The figurehead on the wand changes slightly but still reflects the star shape.
Eriol's Key and Staff
Let's face it: the all key-wand thingies have basically the same principle. Eriol has a key (though he doesn't wear it as a necklace. He just has it in his pocket), to which he recites an incantation, calling it into a...STAFF! yes, it's a staff. He's Clow Reed, right^^ Besides, he looks better with a staff than with a wand. It's a TALL gold staff, and the figurehead is the sun. His incantation is almost exactly the same with Sakura's first, the only difference being the names:

Rashinban and Ofudas
OHO! Li-kun's rashinban! This is the sword he uses to call out the wind, fire, lightning, water or fire by ofudas. He also uses this to call out Clow Cards in a VERY cool way (sorry, I can't help myself). He pins them on the ground! It's SOOO cool. Honestly, I like that better than the way Sakura does it^_^;
How does he hide it? He holds the hilt (without the sword), with the bell thingy, and they shine. Then he swishes (gimme a better word, here) his arm aside, and the rashinban is there! (wo~w...) Look at episode 27 or 66 for the coolest wieldings! And, oh yeah. Li-kun sometimes wears the rashinban on his back...usually when he goes off at night for the cards.
And, of course, being a sword, it CAN be used like a normal one^^ (It's not just for display, ok?)

Lasin board
The lasin board is...a magical board...sorta like a compass. I think they based this on what they use in Feng Shui. It uses the power of the directions, and the elements, to find Clow Cards.
Lasin board Incantation:
"Gyoku tei yuu choku shin ken shi hou
Kin moku sui ka do rai fuu
Rai den shin choku
Kei ma heki reki
Den kou ten
KYOU KYOU NYO RITSU RYOU!"
