History
Chibiusa goes to Minato-Ku Juuban Elementary. When she first appeared, she fell onto a kissing couple---Usagi and Mamoru! Chibiusa immediatly ordered Usagi to give her the Ginzuishou (Silver Crystal). Of course Usagi played dumb, but then Chibiusa threatened Usagi with a gun to her head! But it turned out that the gun was a fake. Chibiusa had to go into the past to save her mother from the Black Moon and find the Ginzuishou. She brainwashed Usagi's family with Luna P making them think she was part of the family. But Usagi wasnt there when she did it. So when she came home, Chibiusa was there! Chibiusa and Mamoru bonded well together. They spent a lot of their time together which made Usagi mad. So from the start, Usagi and Chibiusa werent the best of friends. Later on in the R series, Chibiusas identity of Neo-Princess Serenity and the daughter or Usagi and Mamoru was revealed. She helped Usagi fight the Doom Phantom with the future Ginzuishou (Silver Crystal). Then at the end, Chibiusa left to her home in the future. In Sailormoon S, Chibiusa arrived back in the past with a note from Neo-Queen Serenity. The note told the senshi that Chibiusa had come back to train as a Sailor Senshi. Chibiusa met Tomoe Hotaru. They became attached friends- they didnt even know that they were Sailor Senshi! Hotaru didnt have any friends because they were all afraid of her cool healing abilities. Chibiusa didnt mind much about it, thats what Hotaru liked about her. In Sailormoon Super S, Chibiusa meets a mysterious horse with wings in her dream. She calls him Pegasus. He appears in the middle of a fight and gives Sailormoon and Chibimoon new powers to transform into Supersailormoon and Supersailorchibimoon. He also gives them new weapons. Chibiusa took a quick liking to Pegasus. Later they find out the real identiy of Pegasus as Helios. A small grey-purple kitten appears. Her name is Diana and she claimed to be Artemis and Lunas future daughter. Neo-Queen Serenity gave her permission to go to the past and see how Chibiusa is doing! Diana was a gift from Neo-Queen Serenity to replace Luna P. In Sailorstars, Chibiusa helps to defeat Queen Neherenia. But then after she leaves for good. But she appears in Usagis dream near the end.

Powers
Luna P: This round ballish Luna-looking thing can turn into whatever Chibiusa wants just by dribbling it around and saying: Luna P Henge! It also has the ability to have contact to the future and the past.
Time Key: This key has the power to take Chibiusa or whoever back to the future or into the past. In R it didnt work a lot.
Round compact: Chibiusa holds this up in the air while saying: Moon Prism Power Make-up, and transforms into Sailorchibimoon
Cutie moon heart rod: This little weapon isnt very powerful but can distract and irritate the enemy pretty good. Chibimoon says: Pink Sugar Heart Attack to fire.
Heart-shaped compact: Chibiusa holds this into the air with Usagi and they both say together Moon Crisis Make-up. They both transform together to turn into Supersailormoon and Supersailorchibimoon.
Twinkle Yell: This bell is used to call apon Pegasus. Chibiusa uses the Crystal Clarion and saying: Twinkle Bell. Pegasus appears and gives Sailormoon the extra power to defeat the enemy.
Kaleidomoon scope: Chibimoon does this attack along with Sailormoon. They both have their own little Kaleidomoon scopes. They say: Moon gorgeous meditation, and kill the enemy. This attack was only used once in the Super S movie.
