Chickens are Friends, not food!
Chickens are highly misrepresented beings.
It is the purpose of this page to set straight some of the myths
that have been so widely perpetuated about them.
For two years, I have raised COMPANION chickens and other fowl.
Regardless of what people tell you, who have never spent time with chickens,
chickens are NOT mindless. They have feelings and personalities.
Many lessons are to be learned about ourselves, from how we treat
all animals; And chickens are a prime example of creatures, to which,
we have done and are doing inexcusable wrong.
