We highly suggest that you create a Vehicle Prototype Folder for your students to keep there observations and data in. This folder will keep your students organized and will help document their steps.  You can also use it for evaluation purposes.

This folder will contain response sheets for each of the tasks, as well as journal reflections. Students will have to show you their folders in order to receive their Quality Superviser checkmarks.

The "Quality Superviser Checkmarks", are very helpful to teachers in order to keep track of which stage each of the groups are and to check that groups are on track.  The group will get the teacher "Quality Superviser", to stamp all of their folders, so that each student has ownership and responsiblity in the management of their data.
