DEAR UNBELIEVER,
FIRST AND FOREMOST, I WILL BE PRAYING FOR YOU. YOU HAVE A RIGHT TO CHOOSE WHATEVER YOU WANT TO BE IN THIS LIFE. MAN HAS ALWAYS BEEN GIVEN A WILL BY GOD, YES , THAT'S CORRECT, GOD. I READ YOUR INTRODUCTION ON YOUR HOME PAGE AND IT ONLY CONFIRMS EVERYTHING THAT GOD'S WORD HAS ALREADY STATED. YOU ARE A WORKING PART OF GOD'S PLAN AND YOU DON'T EVEN KNOW IT. SO I DON'T THINK IT STRANGE WHENEVER I SEE PERSONS LIKE YOU COMING AGAINST THE WORD OF GOD AND HIS PEOPLE. IT IS ONLY A SIGN OF WHAT HAS BEEN WRITTEN. IF GOD DOES NOT EXIST, WHY IS IT THAT UNBELIEVERS SPEND SO MUCH TIME AND CONSUMED ENERGY TRYING TO DISPROVE HIM? SOMETHING TO THINK ABOUT  ISN'T IT?

WHATEVER YOUR REASON, REGARDLESS, IT IS WRITTEN, EVERY KNEE SHALL BOW, AND EVERY TONGUE WILL CONFESS THAT JESUS CHRIST IS LORD. NO MATTER WHAT YOUR BELIEF, YOU WILL DO THIS.

TAKE CARE AND KEEP ON KEEPIN' ON

My Reply:

Oh my. Well, the point you raise about atheists being consumed with trying to disprove a god they don't believe in is a good one, but I think I address this in the introduction that you say you read. Atheists rally against Christianity because they fear their rights are being encroached upon. It is the theme throughout this web site. A Closet Atheist is someone who is afraid to speak openly about his or her lack of beliefs for fear of being misjudged or treated unfairly in the work place by the less than open minded Christian majority. A majority that assumes all children in public schools, regardless of their religion, should be raised as Christians. A majority that has historically fought every scientific advance that clashes with their sacred superstitions. A majority that resists any progress in the struggle of women and homosexuals to gain equal rights.

Your "every knee shall bow" quote seems more like something an egomaniacal, fascist, dictator would say rather than an all loving God.

If I am working part of God's plan, if Christians see my little web site as some sort of sign of the apocalypse, than I have been much more successful at this endeavor than I had ever hoped to be.

I appreciate you taking the time to write and I enjoyed your note.
