| When Sparkler first arrived at CloverFlower Fields, she was tail-less; however, that wasn't her main flaw. Some creative child had taken it upon herself to "decorate" poor Sparkler in large splotches of bright pink highlighter. The stains were over her mouth (like lipstick), her forehead, and her left side. Her horn had also been colored almost uniformly pink. Thanks to some good luck, sunshine, and Clearasil, Sparkler's skin is now a lovely blue again -- the stains are gone! The side shown in the pic had the worst staining on the face; as you can see, there is no pink left, and the blue of the plastic is unfaded. After her Clearasil treatment, Sparkler received a deep conditioning for her frizzy mane, and was given a tail donated from a few dollar-store fakies. Note: Sparkler's mane and tail are actually just about the same color; however, as MLP collectors know, scanners don't like lavender pony hair and tend to scan it in as pink. |
