Many people read Jung’s work, but it seems many come to his work looking for absolute laws. Jung said many times that the Archetypes behaved liked the electrons in physics. You can only predict where and when they are going to appear some of the time. Jung theorized that the Psyche was a type of field. Cayce said that the entire physical organism of man was put a manifestation of the mind. That Body does not create the psyche, but the psyche creates body.
Jungians still fail to recognize the reality of survival of consciousness after death of the body. So, until its takes this into awareness, and tries to incorporate it into its science, it will never be complete. Speaking about archetypal ideas, the idea of the 'aura' or 'astral body' which radiates around the entire body still has not been put forth. Yet, Jung's synchroncitic theory puts forth the hypothesis that psyche and matter are one and the same. They are just two manifestations of a singular primeval energy.
If you are looking and thinking that mind is a chemical or biological result, you will always be wrong, you are going backwards. The Human Organism is a projection in materiality of a multiple dimensional Psyche, incarnated into a density which we call earth. The reality is that the farther we go into the psyche the more we each become the same. The deeper we go into the mind the more we are assimilated into its processes. Only a certain personality that has took upon itself a proper personality or ego(vessel) can make it down safely. And that pattern is the Christ pattern. All others will fail.
But yet, the Jungian science itself must continue upon its individuation process and begin to acknowledge that consciousness exists past death. That the psyche at its deeper regions is independent of both space and time. If Jungians understand that mind is a psychic reality and that we as mind exist past death things will all fail into place. The revelation of this at first will be terrifying when considering multiple personalities located in the subconscious(many egos or lives). Or the then possibility of communication with those that have died. It will be the language in which is used. The new revelations must be given a new language. Cause you can't say to a empirical board that. "Yes, we believe through the modern discoveries of modern psychology and physics that indeed we have manifested ourselves from the dream world."
Do not fear Irony, nor the theories of great humanity’s past. Everything is already known. It is just the archetypes always need a new language, a new personality to communicate themselves. They seek the perfect vessel to pour out upon the world. Yet this 'archetypal' revelations, patterns, ideals, and ideas shatter egos like the plastic most of them are. And mythology is the story of the inner psychic processes of an ego descending to meet himself and nature within. Only a few return from that Land.
