(Angel's words in [*words*], Markus' words are unmarked)
[Markus,
Sorry it's been awhile, had company last week, and some of this week, so, yesterday was the first day I had a chance to get back into the swing of things!]
Not a problem! This is so late in coming because I just got through my exam spree and *I'm* just getting the chance to get back in the swing of things.
[Seven of cups (again!), though this time, took on a different meaning. Instead of an emotion guarded and restrained, let out only because it had to be, this was more like the freedom to let it go, and as a result, a weight lifted, so to speak. Much more positive this time. I felt that the eagle represented freedom this time, freedom to feel, whatever that emotion was, even if the emotion wasn't a positive one. In my case, freedom to feel lonely. Also, it wasn't an emotion that dragged one down. More like an acknowlegment; yes I feel lonely, but I'm not going to let it get to me. That sort of thing.]
Excellently stated. What's this now? the 3rd or 4th time 7 of Cups has
made her appearance? Time to look at it more closely. In all
situation, the read had to do with some type of release. Either too
constrained, pressure built and it had to be release and then a soaring
freedom. Apparently (taking from card only) your recent experiences
have been emotionally trying and at present you are JUST starting to
catch your breath and feel more relaxed. Note: the last few cards in
between the multiple 7's were Also from Cups! This can be taken two
ways:
1) You're starting to feel more comfortable with the situation
surrounding the majority of your life. (I don't know what it is, but I
would say "family")
or
2) You are starting to feel comfortable, But perhaps too comfortable.
You mentioned an eagle in the card, is there anything around it? Is it
flying very close to the tree line? etc. If there is anything similar
to that, it may be a timely warning to step back, take a look at your
emotional reactions to the situation (again, I'm thinking family
situation -- let me know if I'm right or wrong) and figure out if there
is any way you could have reacted better. A little self analysis will
never hurt, but can be a great deal of help! "Weight Lifted" feels
good, but can give a false sense of "I'm in charge now" or "Well,
everythings going right... why stop here?"
I don't imply that you are foolish enough to do either; then again it has little to do with foolish and more to do with self awareness. :)
Blessings,
Markus
