Ive been flipping through my deck, and I got stuck, I wan to write down the meanings of the cards, but I ran into a problem.
I was wondering weather to do the cards in order (Major Arcana) Fool, Magician Ect, so that way in my note book I would know where to find the specific meanings, Or if I should randomly shuffle the deck, and derive the meanings that way from a card a day, but that way it could take me sometime to find the meanings of a card, in my book if I forgot the meaning.

This would depend on you... if you put them in order, will you be able to escape relying on your notes? The idea of the note book and figuring out the cards yourself is to escape that pathetic little book they give you with it and not get trapped by the "The book is right and I can't do this without it" mentality. By putting them in order in your notebook and then turning to that for the meaning, is essentially the same thing. If however, you will be able to do future readings without the aid of your notebook, fine, go for it and put them in order. Again, this will have to be Your judgment of yourself. If you don't think organization will interfer with your growth, do it... if you do think it will hinder you, I say write them out of order until you have gone through the entire deck and then go back and rewrite your notes in order. Rewriting them will do 2 things:
1) It will refresh your memory on the cards and their major meanings will stick with you while still allowing room for spontaneous interpretation.
and
2) Your mind will automatically revise the thoughts you had with the thoughts you have had since you first encountered your card... this Will happen and do not be afraid to record you post-note thoughts when you rewrite! The more thought on it the better, even if you want to make it into to sections "initial" and "later" that's fine.
