A MESSAGE FROM THE HELP DESK.
A true story.

I was an Erasmus student to Strathclyde, and was assigned a free e-mail account like all students who applied for it. I summer, after finishing my academic year and leaving Glasgow, I got an e-mail account here in the Basque Country, but for several weeks I couldn't access to the e-mail account I had there in Strathclyde, since I didn't remember the address of the mail server we used there. So I e-mailed the Help Desk, explaining my problem to them, and giving them my new e-mail address. I didn't receive any answer to that address.
Around a month later, I succeeded to access my old account, and then I read the following message (when I already didn't need it):
"Subject: Re: accesss to my e-mail

Well, maybe they didn't understand my English (I recognise it's not very good and I didn't check the message well enough to correct all the mistakes), but it was a funny answer anyway: the Help Desk had kindly answered my query by e-mailing me... to my Strathclyde account (the one I had told them I couldn't access to), instead of replying to the address I had asked to. :-)
Anyway, I must say that the e-mail service at Strathclyde has generally been good, much better than the one in my home university. Thanks for all.
Javier.
