Pranakornsriayutaya, which is often called Ayutaya, had been a capital city of Ayutaya Kingdom since 1350 AD and last for 417 years with 5 dynasties and 33 kings. The city had been built by King Uotong the first king of the kingdom at the lacation in the middle of 3 rivers ,Lopburi river, Pasak river and Chao praya river ,76 kms from Bangkok. As the reason, Ayutaya has many important historical places such as Bangpain palace and Srisanpetch temple. Furthermore, Ayutaya also has the center of art and handmake at Bangsai which produce beautiful handmake and textile from local people. Thai people often called Ayutaya "The old city".
