An International Fraternity for Women
Alpha Gamma Delta was established on May 30, 1904 at Syracuse University in New York. It has since expanded to include over 185 chapters across the United States and Canada.
As an organization dedicated to academic excellence, leadership development, high ideals, and sisterhood, Alpha Gamma Delta members are making a difference in the world around them.
Our philanthropic focus is Diabetes and through the generous donations and fundraising efforts of our members we have donated hundreds of thousands of dollars through the Alpha Gamma Delta Foundation to diabetes research and to individual grants that improve the lives of many suffering from this disease, especially children with Type 1 diabetes.
