A course intended for engineering, science, and mathematics majors. Topics include the algebra, geometry, and topology of complex numbers, differentiation of complex valued functions of a complex variable, contour integration, Taylor and Laurent series, Cauchy residue theory, conformal mapping, with applications to pure and applied mathematics. Prerequisite: MAT 228.
