Q. When did you start making these Pages?

A. I started making these pages back in 1997 when I had to do a paper on Macbeth. If you need to know other dates about when pages appeared...from what I can remember go something like this...late 1998 Hamlet, The Crucible and Lord of the Flies and the newest addition The Great Gatsby October 1999.

The were created on old-school HTML which at the time was pretty fancy stuff. I have not really changed the layouts and such since then. Why? Meh. I don't know. Why fix something that isn't broken?

Q. Why did you start making the pages?

A. Well that is a long story....but if you want to the short version...I was doing my paper and could not find any paper on the Internet that would direct to pages that I needed for my essay. I could find some...sure..but they were all out dated... Since I was writing down all the addresses that I did find for my paper anyway I just wrote them up in HTML for my classmates to get off the Internet...and now it has a life of it's own.

Q. How old are you...and why are you doing this?

A. I am a university student and I am doing this because I understand what it is like trying to find useful information on the Internet...

Q. Why didn't you answer my email about my essay question or homework questions?

A. Why would I want to do your essay or homework for you? I have my own work to do...I am a student too! I get from ten to twenty emails a day from people who have visited my web site. They range from people writing in to say how much the page helped them , to people who want help with their homework. You do your work and I do mine. It's a great system.

Q. None of the links that are here helped me...now what?

A. Look. The internet is full of websites. I have just listed that ones I could find when I was looking around. Search at a search engine or at a place like Google. But please don't email me and ask where you could find one. All the web sites/pictures/essays I know about I have listed online. I don't hide anything; why would I? So if nothing is there are about your topic then I don't have a link. It's as simple as that.

Q. Where did the free Barron's Book notes go?!

A. Aaaa....That's a funny story..let's just say it had to do with copyright infringement and a bunch of legal mumbo-jumbo. Not a pretty picture...

Q. Do you make money off your web pages?

A. No no no no no. There was money to be had in the internet business...but there isn't anymore. *sigh*

Q. I found a broken link...What do I do?

A. EMAIL ME! I hate when I go to pages with broken links...I shouldn't have to make you go through that!

Q. How can I get across to my students that I surf the Internet too and come upon the same web pages that they do?

A. Email me to add your name to the Teacher Page and then your students will know that you do look around if you believe something has been "borrowed" from the Internet. Student be warned...that teachers do surf through here but don't add their name to the list...trust me I know.

Q. How often are your pages updated?

A. Whenever I have time..when ever I feel like it...about once a week...The last time I updated the pages was on February 2 2004.
