So you wanna know more about me, huh?

birthday: November 25, 1978

place of birth: Mountain View
I've lived in the Bay Area all my life. I went to Mt. Pleasant High School in San Jose, Santa Clara University, and now I live right on the San Jose/Santa Clara border. I'm currently working as an Executive Assistant at Applied Materials, which is also in Santa Clara. My commute is a whole 3.5 miles. You gotta love that, especially with the gas prices as high as they are.

siblings: James and Julie (twins)
James has a poli sci degree from UCLA. Julie received her chemical engineering degree from MIT. Yes, my little brother and sister did me up. And I'm proud of them for it! James is doing research on North Korean refugees in Seoul and Julie still resides in Boston.

marital status: single

I like to eat out and try new foods. So far, I've tried, other than the obvious (Japanese, Chinese, Mexican, Italian): Thai, Ethiopian, Indian, Peruvian, Mongolian BBQ, Filipino, Hawaiian, Hungarian, Austrian, Greek, Brazilian, and Persian.

I am a total sports fanatic. Niners all the way baby! Volleyball is a passion, even though I suck at it. I like to ski and I go up to Tahoe every year. I am loyal to my skiis, but I did try snowboarding once. Let's just say I suffered a painful wrist that still hurts once in a while and many bruises. But I will try it again. I'm determined. I love the Oakland A's. Some may call it an obsession. I just think they're great.

I'm also a wannabe Korean War guru. I did the majority of my projects, papers, and units in college on this topic. If you have any new info, I'd love to hear it. I'm a history buff of course. I'm a die hard Band of Brothers fan!

I love Banana Republic, shoes, Netflix, and Starbucks. Could I survive without them? Probably. But I wouldn't want to.

Here is my effort at showing some Korean pride. HAHAHA
