Revolutionary Flags of the Federal Republic of Whitlam.

This exhibition was initially prepared for Vexpo '98 Chirstiana, and will be displayed in Christiana when the exposition takes place. It illustrates the early Revolutionary flags of the Federal Republic of Whitlam, with a view to showing specimens and reproductions of even older flags in the near future.

National Flag

This is an original version of the Revolutionary Flag of the Federal Republic of Whitlam. Only 5 exist, and you are seeing one of them. They were hoisted over the Terramarcian Command Centres when they were captured by Whitlamite Troops. The flag used in Gough became the official national flag during Whitlam's reconstruction. This flag is the one that was flown over the coastal city of Forde.

Armed Forces Flag

This is the Flag of the Combined Armed Forces of Revolutionary Whitlam (CAFRW) More copies of this flag exist, and it depicts the Revolutionary Flag, Naval Flag, and Air-Force Roundel (Also seen below)

Revolutionary Naval Flag.

This is the Naval Flag of the Revolutionary Sailors. It depicts the 5 stars of the breakaway states, over an image of the deep sea. Some of the strongest support for the Revolution came from the sailors and any dissenting voices in the Navy that supported Terramarc were dealt with internally. Both Whitlamite, and Eastern Zartanian Naval units worked together in the defeat of the Terramarc Navy in several small battles on the open sea.

Revolutionary Coast Guard Flag.

Smaller patrol boats that stayed within what is known in Whitlam as Labor Bay, adopted this flag. These sailors dubbed themselves the Coast Guard, vigilantly patrolling Whitlam's coastline, looking for enemy landing craft. Due to their efforts, Whitlam's east coast was not attacked from the sea.

Merchant Flag of Revolutionary Whitlam

This is our final flag from Revolutionary Whitlam, and it is the Merchant Navy Flag. Sympathetic Merchant fleets from nations all over Vexillum flew this flag, along with their national flag to show their sympathy for Whitlam in the Revolutionary War. We are thankful for this day to those that flew this flag with as much pride as we who flew our Revolutionary Flag over those Cities back then.
