This gallery is dedicated to friends from when I was studying at the University of Tasmania back in 1996. I was staying at Kerslake Hall at the Launceston campus of the university. That year was one of the years where I had the most fun. The place was great, the people I was with were fantastic and it was my first (and so far, only) opportunity to see snow.

This is the group which I worked (and sometimes played) with at the University of Tasmania, Australia. My honours supervisor is Steve Edwards, the guy on the left holding a baby. The lady in the green striped jumper is Kym Cook, my office-mate and her good friend (and honorary office-mate) is Carolyn (the one sitting at the bottom). The picture was taken at The Gorge, a natural amphitheatre in Launceston. | A portrait of the people I used to live with at Kerslake Hall (a residential college at the university): Caroline Chan (Singaporean), Carol (Hong Kong), Naoki Shoji (Japanese) and Alfred Koh (Singaporean). |

This photo was taken at a beach east of Hobart. With me are Alfred Koh and Ngee Wei (Caroline Chan's beau) | |

The University had a multi-cultural gala and I was convinced to join in a Lion Dance show. Raymond was really excellent as the head of the lion. Don't let his slight frame decieve you, he can really jump and prance around! I (the lion's tail) had a hard time keeping up. |
