Six minutes in to the game the score was 3-0 and it all semed to be over, but as so often happens, Tappara fought back.

It took an excellent individual performance from #22 Mika Kortelainen to end the pain at 1.41 left in the game.

The crowd responded with an standing ovation and I must say it was for once a sweet game to watch.

Eriksson has improved and Wahlberg formed a cornerstone until he fought his way to the showers. He does not let anybody intimidate him..... Other positive players were Jokinen and Laukkanen. Veteran Lehtonen needs the rest.
