This photo is one that I scanned myself from the book Skate: 100 Years in Figure Skating, written by Steve Milton. The photgraph was taken by Barbara McCutcheon. It is an exhibition number Susan skated to when she did the Skate the Nation tour....to music from Chicago, I belive.
