1996 Olympian Jaycie Phelps has offically
annouced that she is coming out of retirement and is going to begin training
for the 2000 Sydney Games. She joins past olympians Kim Zmeskal (1992),
Dominique Moceanu and Amy Chow in a quest to make a second Olympic team.
