Single Elimination Format with double elimination in two legs:

In the event of a draw after regulation time teams will play
an overtime two period of 10 minutes each. If score remains
tie after the two period overtime a series of 5 penalty kicks 
per team and if score remain tied after 5 PKs the first team 
that break the tie wins.

There will be no interval between the two periods overtime.
