Background: Alex came in in 1997 unable to play evenly with both hands. With the help of Grant's upper class influence, he quickly rose to the top of the Pit and named himself Thor, the thunder god. Since then, he has become the bass line section leader and his skills have improved greatly, he is a great set player and after going to DCI finals in 1998 with the snares, he has been driving himself to play well in preparation to march with the Magic of Orlando next season along with Grant. He also LOVES his bug (see below). His strengths include a strong desire to compete and a pretty good composure, while his weaknesses include being weird sometimes and not being able to handle destructive criticism from Andres.
