Billy Dodds joined United from Aberdeen in September 1998, in a swap deal which saw cash plus our friend Mr Winters head the other way up the A90. United definitely got the better of that particular bargain, with Dodds currently enjoying the best football of his career. Billy's goals saved United from Division 1 last year, not to mention rescuing Scotland on numerous occasions. He is seen here celebrating his debut hat-trick against St Johnstone in front of delirious travelling Arabs.
