    Dessie Loughery signs for Coleraine. Details of the deal have yet to be confirmed. More transfer deals will be made in the coming weeks.
  • BUFC manager Nigel Best isannoyed that IFA chiefs have vetoed United's proposed pre-season friendly with Dublin side Bohemians on August 7 - because it clashes with the Wilkinson Sword Charity Shield! One other friendly has been virtually rubber-stamped with United scheduled to travel to first division Carrick Rangers on Tuesday, August 3.
